There is a proposed visit is to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Isaac Newton Institute - 1.30 – 2.30 pm on Thursday, 16th April. The visit will only go ahead where sufficient interest has been made. Please indicate here if you want to go on the visit

Extra Night 13/04/09

The price of £60 is for single bed and breakfast only, evening meal is not included, and is in conjunction with a full residential booking.

Please indicate if you anticipate arriving for lunch on Tuesday. (This meal is included in the full Conference price.)

Bookings will be taken on a first come, first-served basis. Please be aware of a £15.00 surcharge on bookings made after 9th March 2009.

Refunds on cancelled bookings will be made as follows:
Within 7 weeks of Conference 75% of fee
Within 4 weeks of Conference 50% of fee
Within 2 weeks of Conference no refund

Additional Notes

Conference Arrangements all sessions, meals, and the Annual Dinner, will take place at Robinson College, Cambridge. The Registration Desk will open at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 14 April 2009. Lunch will be available from 12.00 noon until 1.30 PM. The Opening Lecture starts at 2.00 PM. Conference closes after the Closing Lecture at 12.30pm on Friday, 17th April 2009.

Resident price includes full board in ensuite accommodation, from lunch on Tuesday to refreshments on Friday.

Non-resident price includes access to sessions, exhibition, morning and afternoon teas/coffee, and lunches. Evening meals and attendance at the Annual Dinner are not included.
Please note that delegate fees do not include a lunch on Friday.

Visit - We reserve the right to cancel the visit if circumstances require the action.

Accommodation Accommodation is based on single room occupancy, ensuite at Robinson College.

Booking Sessions Sessions will be booked on a first come first served basis.

Delegate Badge Please indicate on the Registration Form (Section 6) how you would like your name to appear on the badge.

Special Requests If you have answered Yes on the box on the Registration Form (Section 5), please also complete Section 9.

School INSET Funding Attendance at conference is eligible for funding through the School’s INSET funding. With the agreement of your Staff Development Coordinator, your school could either use 2008/2009 funding to pay at the time of booking, or use 2009/2010 funding, in April 2009, to reimburse your personal payment.

In order to meet the convenience of those who may be in some doubt about their plans for the period of the Conference, withdrawals may be made up to w/e 20 February 2009 and fees will be refunded, less a £25 administration charge. After that date, cancellation charges will apply as follows: Within 7 weeks of Conference - 75% of fee Within 4 weeks of Conference - 50% of fee Within 2 weeks of Conference - no refund

Bookings will be acknowledged by email once payment has been received. Final Conference information will be despatched towards the end of March 2009. As always, early booking is advised as space is limited.
